Mike heads up NetForecast’s UBB (usage-based billing) meter accuracy support effort, providing technical support for hardware in the field, data analysis, and project management.

Mike is a veteran project manager and business analyst, with further expertise in software development and data science, and, somewhere lost in the decades, designer of popular trading card games based on The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. His prior technical project experience was in casino gaming, STEM journal website development, and point-of-care testing data management. In these industries, he owned product backlogs, administered government regulatory requirements, maintained associated documentation, and performed user acceptance testing.
