Erica Williams

Software Engineer

Erica is a software engineer specializing in database management, API development, and cloud computing. Erica works closely with NetForecast’s Chief Technologist, Alan Jones, developing and improving apps, the QMap customer portal, and other products and tools for our transportation customers.

Erica studied at the University of Maryland Global Campus where she majored in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science and minored in Cybersecurity. She also completed a Full Stack Developer bootcamp and has experience with freelance web development.
