NetForecast uses Application Performance Index (Apdex) methodology that combines the contribution of latency and loss into a single score that is sensitive to deviations from normal. We calculate hourly scores using the Apdex formula that converts many measurements into a single value on a uniform 0 to 1 scale (higher is better). Click here for more information about Apdex. Results include testing between ‘near’ locations within 150 miles of a city center, and ‘far’ locations between major metro areas.
