Ruth’s role at NetForecast includes the duties of a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant. She has daily responsibility for all transactions into the accounting system including AP, AR, Collections, Banking and Payroll.  Her role includes Human resources where she onboards new employees and interfaces with our outside Payroll provider. She serves as the administrator and implements and manages the company medical benefits and 401K retirement plan. She is also responsible for Quarterly Company Financial reporting and annual Budget preparation. Additionally, she maintains our Corporate files for compliance and audit by others and coordinates with our outside CPA firm for annual Corporate Tax preparation.

Ruth has over 35 years of progressive experience with both Fortune 500’s  and also Small Business. Initially working in the Automotive industry she gravitated to Federal Contractors and later with Industry leaders in Construction and Engineering and Technology.  She has participated and led many Financial Software conversions and Integrations.  As a Financial Analyst and Contracts Administrator she provided Cost Accounting and Billing support for Technology and Engineering  related Federal, State, and private contracts with the Veterans Administration, GSA, DOD, NASA, FBI, Dept of State,VDOT and US Highway Administration.  After operating her own successful small business she reentered the workforce with her acquired Sales and Marketing experience but her true passion is Accounting and Finance.
